Janice: CEO

I am the CEO of Phoenix Inc.  I have been involved in Supported Employment for 14 years. The development of our transition programs and ensuring our clients get a quality service in the area of supported employment is a major part of my role. My experience comes not only from working in this area, but from the many national and local boards I serve on, including Parent to Parent, IHC, ASENZ, COGS and Hohepa Homes. I also received the PN City Civic Honour Award for Community service in 2003.

Diana: Employment Consultant

 I have a worked in the area of supported employment since 2001 and hold the diploma in Supported Employment. I have varied background including small business management, administration, and education

Cathryn: Employment Consultant

I come from a background in HR Management  and have worked for Phoenix Inc since March 2003. I became industry trained in  2004 when I attained  the Diploma in Supported Employment (DipSe)  through UCOL

Lia: Employment Consultant

I joined Phoenix Inc 2006, after 3 years experience in Supported Employment with Idea services. My background within  the business community allowed me to gain the skills required for this job.
